I believe there is case for class action here. Horizon stopped publishing end of day NAV as of today for HIV. They know they screwed up. On the page titled mechanics of HIV, horizon clearly states the fund will track 4 PM closing prices and very specific about not reflecting 4:15 closing.  Where as if it followed 4:00 PM valuation, the NAV published was $12.7 against $13.4 closing price.
