CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

I think its time to start with names and email addresses to prepare for Class Action against Horizons.

fwiw ,  Any legal action should also include 1) TSX , 2 ) the Big Banks online Brokers  RBC Direct , CIBC Investors Edge , BMO etc 3 ) Horizons Perhaps the National and Provicial regulators themselves

I believe there is case for class action here. Horizon stopped publishing end of day NAV as of today for HIV. They know they screwed up. On the page titled mechanics of HIV, horizon clearly states the fund will track 4 PM closing prices and very specific about not reflecting 4:15 closing.  Where as if it followed 4:00 PM valuation, the NAV published was $12.7 against $13.4 closing price.  ...more
