HVI - lawsuit

Hi all. I saw 5 lawsuits against Credit swiss (XIV) and 2 against proshares (SVXY). Does someone know why we still don't have one against Horizons? Let me know if someone would like to start the process. I still sure that market maker should take responsibility for what happened and not investors.

I wrote to both OSC and IIROC with no success whatsoever. They have sommarily stated that Horigins was not at fault in any way. the big mistery, which remains unanswered in all of my communications ...more
