see the below posting by EDMINNEMA. That is what I have for insider trading. Maybe you are talking about since Jan 2020, but I am talking about in this week. There is no change in this week and I am worry about old information.

ok, Joel maybe sold for MRNN purposes. Cindric, maybe he needed a nice car. Either way, not the best for investor confidence. Curious who is selling all those shares on the ask. Maybe the janitor.
