Tax loss selling.

There was not much that happened here. Does not appear anyone needs a bit of cash after overspending on the holiday`s. What is our plan? Supply can not keep up with demand even with china backing off the throttle a bit. There should be some money available for good projects like ours. I recieved the class action lawsuit docs for sino forest about a month ago. The auditors coughed up 117 million to the shareholders. The class suit goes against the company and its principles. Who will they find and how much will they get? big question. I will get nothing as I happened to sell just before the cease trade order and actually made a profit.

I am not sure who is in charge hear. Sometimes EB signs the docs. Sometimes our ceo does and sometimes DW does. I haven`t heard a thing about the annual meeting.
Maybe we could get thrown a bone here.

I found the answer to my question as to why insiders don`t always report there trades. The TMX is set up and run by the public corporations themselves. They have made enough loopholes for not reporting that it makes watching insider trading a waste of time.
