Yes. They failed to pay there transfer agent. Lots of way's this can play out. Ame could pay there bills and take over as they hold title already. With ame holding title, I do not believe anyone but them would do any monetizing. They could loan bve another half million. Ame board may decide once the loan is delinquent, just to take over. NF, i'm wiring it over to BVE as we speak.  First order of business is to name you as CEO.  You get us to .10 mark before year end and we have the comeback story of 2016?  But just to kick around an idea what if this was the plan all along?  Harvey announced for AME last week, has a track record of selling solid properties, and then they would have the cash to develop ...more

Flucher has done 0 for bve , i don't think he ever stopped working for ame .Think this was the plan all along .
