This opens doors to Ceo's and companies being attacked and bashed with misleading defamatory posts, much like what you are doing Sleps to Bev and ceo. Someone filed a similar complaint and the judge ruled that stockhouse is to provide everything they have on the malicious person's like their email adress ,IP ADRESS, Phones like everything they have on these people hiding behind keyboards spreading the negative attacks, They are ordered, that means it's coming out! Now i'm pretty sure many officers directors and companies will be pursuing legal actions against bashers liars and defamatory statements. they have been waiting for this moment for a long time and since a judge in the supreme court already ruled for the plaintif I'm pretty sure they will have no poblem getting a rule against people like you and your buddies! I'm well aware of the Supreme court ruling and it has nothing to do with stating public information. I have only ever taken information related to the company's public record. The complaint was related to the person being referenced as Josef Mengele. (The "Angel of Death" in Nazi war camps) and that is not appropriate. Along with the internet I too retain all the documents related to the facts behind company statements. Even though (through their forward looking statements) the company has no requirement to retract in the future statements they have made in the news releases. They having knowingly misrepresented those facts in the first place. i.e.-  Approval by the ALR to expanded their facilities to 170

I don't think you understand what you'd be up against if they come after you? personally you have no defence against defamatory attacks you've made against these people. In simple english you are not allowed to say half the things you said, weather you feel you are wright or wrong or you don't like them for what ever reason, you can't defame people by name on public forums

The other thing is you post multiple times a day on different forums with alot of negative stuff about the company which is not true. it being a multi million dollar company I'm pretty sure a law suit if they were to file one would be in the multi million dollars. Face it sleps the odds are against you if that were to happen.

I may be posting negative stuff but that would be because this stock has gone from $1.47 to $0.19 that is an 87% share price drop. Also, in my opinion, the company has miss spent a significant amount of shareholders money over the years on loss leaders and investments in other companies. Is this not true? I didn't realize there was requirements for only speaking positively ftoward those facts.

Slandering people directly and buisnesses without solid proof is against the law weather a company doubles in value or loses 100%. You are not protected because the company lost money in share value, it doesn't give you the right to slander or misinform share holders of what you believe is happening. Nobody appointed you to do so and for the stockprice going down it has alot to do with the

As I said i am stating what I heard that someone is looking into this, weather they file or not, how would I know? as for my guess if it's a multi million dollar company wouldn't they file a lawsuit that's in the millions if they feel your comments did damage to their company and investors '" directors"?
