Thesis is that history tends to repeat itself. NYSE rules regarding minimum shareprice etc. Still don't understand why they are maintaining a dual listing. The last reverse split worked out so well.............. Still sore from that one. Long debentures.

I respectfully disagree deep blue - I think there is no real benefit to NY listing at this time - I’m curious though why you think they would go to the trouble of a reverse split at this point I. The game

They already did a reverse split and how did that work for them? Just before they did the reverse slit it was trading for $1 pre split or $5 post spli. Other oil gas companies who did not do a reverse split did much much better. Pengrowth, Obsidian and many more.

They did the consolidation when two NY funds had large holdings in the company. Now that they have liquidated there should be no need for the NYSE listing requirement.
