... to have any credibility. After touting the stock and punding the table just few days ago, he (and BNN) IMO need to clear the dust in order to avoid some legal sh*t etc.

While I've never had any position in BXE myself, I have been taken to cleaners and screwed up many times over the years by unscrupulous insider/management (legal?hmm..) thieves in a very similar fashion.

Reading the many quite informative comments over here, I can sympathize and at the same time throw up imagining the feelings by being completely blindsided with no real chance to shove Schachter back this "steal" turd od a stock now at the respective purchase prices.

BNN! Act with class and urgency! Call this clown Schachter ASAP!

stop smacking Schacter.....real question is for BXE's Eshleman;  why the stupid deal. Maybe problem is that he's an Engineer, not a finance guy. Hard to believe that the deal he made is the best deal available...and if it is, there's going to be a lot of dead corporations on Calgary's streets. Banks could have been pressuring him, but doubt it...they're safe anyway, first ...more
