What is your deal here?
You say you spoke to CFO and there is new interest, then you spoke to CEO and deal is done and everybody loses.
Before that you say you bought 100,000 shares on OTC? Where is the proof of this trade. BXEFF has not had a 100,000 share day since Sep 13 and is not trading right now. How did you buy these shares?
You said you bought $14,000 worth on Oct 1 so when did you buy the 100,000 shares on OTC?
Do you actually own shares?

I bought 14 thou worth the day before the bankruptcy. The cfo said that if the gas and oil prices rebounded we might get a good bid. The CFO said 99 percent chance we all lose, the CEO was at 100%. I own lots of shares the OTC was opened for a week after Canada market closed. Who have you been talking to? What have you been doing? GLTA

If you bought the 100,000 shares the week after Canadian market closed then there should be a record of the transaction somewhere. I can't find it. Please post a link. If you are fibbing about buying the 100,000 shares then everything else you post is worthless BS.

Also, MJ. If what you're saying is true that the CFO told you to buy the day before CCCA was announced. That's insider trading and you and the CFO should be going to jail. The consistency of your stories are also all over the place. The CFO tells you to buy the day before CCCA, that if AECO goes up there could be good bids. When I told her I'm a shareholder... she directed me an employee to answer questions. I wasn't even directed to Steve Toth the investor Relations guy. Just explain your 100,000 share OTC purchase and I will become your facebook pal. Should be very easy. Just look up the transaction details and post the day and price you bought. You said it was after Oct 2 so it should be very easy for a non-wimp like yourself. If you can't explain the 100,000 OTC share purchase then maybe you have been caught in a lie.

Also, bids are not due Nov. 15 as MJ says. I spoke to Steve Toth a week ago and he said there's no timeline and unknown when a plan will be completed. CCCA initially expires after 30 days but can be renewed an unlimited amount of times. In the meantime operations continue to run as usual and with AECO higher now, it should help.
