BXE Q3?

Bellatrix's Q3 results would normally be out soon if not today? Does anyone know if they will keep presenting results or not until the Strategic Process and Court-Supervised Restructuring are completed?

The only people that would know anything outside of the management on the numbers is the Monitor. There is no need for BXE to post any financials publicly because the company is under CCAA protection and the only enitity that they need to inform is the court appointed Monitor. The assumed financial information compiled by the Monitor has already been posted on the PwC Canada site. The Monitor' ...more

Thanks Kherson kicking myself I didn't buy PGF after your posts, it actually went up for the time being like you predicted hahah. You mentioned in a previous post you feel I should send some emails or make phone calls is that still your opinion? I'm guessing the CEO Was probably right that there won't be any money for shareholders, I will be calling the CFO to see if there is anyway ...more

I still think that the whole CCAA process that BXE has entered into is a sham. The ASC needs to investigate this, but they won't.  As for my 5 cent shares in PGF, I am thinking of selling soon as I thought that S.S. would have made an offer for the company by now and the $100 million impairment charge has me now believing that there may be even more problems under the hood! It's out of our hands as of now, i just hope the CEO was disgruntled the day he talked to me for half an hour. Telling me their threshold number was less then the debt was not a good feeling. I agree with you Kherson he was very ticked off with the price going up and having nothing to do besides take a pay check. The longer this draws out the better!
