any lawyer here ? this document means BXE cannot declared CCAA protection? therefore this is just playful act? BXE will be relisted on TEX?

The latest application isn't coming up on the CCAA website for me, they want an extension to help organize things, the BP payment of 14 million would help them immensely by the looks of things. I'm pretty sure the timeline on reaching that payment is stressing them out a bit. But, the CH11 would allow them to sell the company for more money with possibly not having to pay benefits to ...more

Would also be hard to excite shareholders as of now with being listed again, I think April 30th is the key point. Reconciliation with BP by then would be a big plus
