Class Action Lawsuitr on Bellatrix Reporting False Book Valu

Can we do a class action lawsuit against Bellatrix for Reporting a False Book Value? Remember the Book value was so high before 15 X higher and attractive share price to book value. Then all of a sudden after the CCAA they drop the book value to a fraction. I remember the last Investor Presentation in 2019 showed their plant facility alone was worth $500 Million. Can we sue for false inflated book value reporting?
