Hi EVERYONE!!!!  I hope EVERYONE is havin the BEST day!!!! 

Wowserz huh???  New Private Placement on top of like 400 MILLION shares for another 100 MILLLION SHARES!!!  

Like 25% DILUTION in one go.  EWE!!!  

Letz see... 20% of Empire Mine divided by 400...no 500 MILLLION shares is like ...is like...NO...THAT cant be right...  

EWE!!!!
