Be Careful on this one

First off I will be clear that I hold no position on this one, Long nor Short.  The stock was brought to my attention just prior to IPO and I had planned to swing it if with IPO dropped on open, which it did not so I passed.

When investing in company's that produce a consumable product you have to be confiident that the product is of quality and will be popular with enough buyers that they will sell their products and be profitable in doing so.  The mere thought of performing product testing on fake (excessly processed foods) turned my stomach and therefore I could not even do due dilligence on what this stuff tastes like.

IMHO processed foods are to be avoided, if you wish to eat carrots then eat carrots etc, to process veggies into "something" that should taste like meat is a flawed business model right out of the gate.

As noted, I am not on this one so I have not reviewed NRs for a very long time.  I would not be surprised to see this company venture into Grass-hopper proteins and other insect-based foods.  Again, it might become a "fad-stock" and get endorsements from Hollywood etc (the reason why I believe this ran initially) however, as an investment, meat-flavored veggies and (maybe later) bugs etc is not something I would bet big on, if at all.

Just an opinion, I could be wrong, but if you yourself are not enjoying the products this company produces I can't see why you would think anyone else would.

Saying it as I see it.

Best Regards.
