Time to put this one on your watch list.

Newgold has just appointed a brand new board for Rainy River Resources. Acquisition expected to close within 1 week according to news release.
I expect swift action from  the new board and anticipate them giving this company some serious consideration as a takeover target.
all in my humble opinion. They are just too close to their expected production.
