Byv What to do with it ! ?

I think Byv should refinance - but at what price and for how much money - Here's a strategy for those that want to play with possibilities ......

Refinance at between .10 to 20 cents per share to raise ( - The management will have to make an admission here of value - whether they can do that is questionable ????  Gold dust gets in the eyes to blind ! ) approximately 5 to 7 million dollars  - Say @ .15 cents per share - In my opinion this is viable - if BYV stops drilling and instead invests all the proceeds in New Gold's common stock . At New Gold's current price this would make BYV  the owner of about 1 million shares of New Gold. New Gold's shares are very moderately priced at the moment - In my opinion the shares are a good longer term investment for capital gain and growth - and eventually New Gold will be a takeover target !!!!! If this possibility was followed eventually there would be great benefits for BYV shareholders . Indeed , this would make BYV very attractive to New Gold !!!!! All current shareholders could be given a half a right per share - lending the opportunity to sell approximately 50 million shares - but to keep it in the family and allow people to compensate for what might be in other circumstances a heavy price of dilution if another route of financing is taken. Would BYV's Letters Patent have to be changed ?  - But why cannot the company invest in a neighbor if it really wants to protect what it has already invested ? There is nothing wrong with adding some warrants to this deal either - to make it more palatable - say one warrant per share - or even a fraction like a half a warrant !!!!! With the limited drilling done so far - does anyone really know exactly what BYV' s potential is - Sometimes it is better to create potential through creative thinking rather ignoring the real shareholders that take the dangerous risks of putting hard earned money into bottomless drill holes.

This is creative! Never occured to me but I like your thinking! Would you partake in such a deal if it ever came to fruition?
