One can always count on dave to come up with some sort of a silly post!!!! Take a look at news by peter Kennedy It will take 66 and 2/3 % for this to get to completion. We do have a vote so lets use to defeat this sale to NGD. Lets all stand up and be counted against Petitt and his band .

I agree.  Petit and his self-serving band of grabbers of our money need to learn a valuable lesson:  this company belongs to us, NOT him and his greedy ilk. VOTE AGAINST THE RIP-OFF!

Does anybody have an info in what hands the 78,8mio shares are? I fear that there no big institutions in here that are as pissed as we are on this deal that would vote against it. And I'd expected at least an offer giving this a value of around 30mio-40mio to be honest. I hope they give us european shareholders a vote as well and will vote against it but do not think this will change ...more
