Spinco shares? Anyone know what's happening with them?

Does anyone know whats going on with the Spinco shares many of us purchased and were supposed to be invested in Hempfusion.
I've had them showing as Tgod acquisition Corp RST in my account as a  $1383.00 loss for nearly a year.
Any input would be appreciated.
