VF Sale!!!!!

The VF sale will be announced shortly and the stock will bounce to a buck! Buy now or you'll be so sorry. Think about them buying the remainder of the site just 2 months ago. It's a 250 million dollar building. Then putting it up for sale. WHAT does this tell you? They have a buyer willing to give them a decent price. I'm not saying 250 mil but it must be worth it or there was no point in buying it outright. This won't take long they need to take offers to make this sale legit then make the announcement. Buy now to enjoy the run. The market is pricing it at 30-40 million. I'm hoping for 60-70 million. That put 20-30 million in the bank after paying off there debt. The stock will jump according. Add there financials with a double in revenue and we are over a buck by months end.

They then immediately stated they had parties interested in purchasing the facility and launched it for sale. The process to sell should be short unless negotiations for a lease or partial sale are being considered. We will know more on Tuesday during the conference ...more
