...... incorrect dates on the ER announcement
..... way too much stock o/s
..... share price is at or near a historic low
....has to pay the lenders to increase credit
.... sells Valleyfield

Walls of stock are sometimes just ways to box a stock's price.  There is risk they don't ge to positive EBITDA in q2 2002 (although it looks like they will) hence the bank charging them for increase.  There are a lot of shares outstanding and decent chance they do share consolidation. I don't think stock being near all time low is bad thing, especially if your looking for ...more
