The bet between aj and hdawagz1 has a OUT COME !!!!!!!!!!!!!
nineply has presented his statement of what has happened and I agree this looks like Zimtu in fact has sold the shares in question after converting warrents to shares. This is not the first time I have seen Zimtu incorrectly state their sales on Sedi. So I believe it has happened again.
hdawgz1: I concede the bet to you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good call.
Now about the disagreement about the meaning of the Two sales. 1 by David Hodge and the 1 by Zimtu. hdawgz1 and nineply believe the above sales mean that David Hodge and Zimtu have lost faith in the company. I believe that we are being told that for 30 days after the sale of shares we will see not material change in the stock price. We still have 3 weeks to wait to see who is right on this one.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL INVESTORS.

ninply: Still doing it. When you have evidence of a real problem you just revert to your usual unsubstantiated position. You sir have just proven your self to be a pointless trol of no value to real investors. The point is if Zimtu is sloppy in filing legally required information on Sedi what else are they sloppy with. I find this a problem !!! GOOD LUCK TO ALL INVESTORS.

Of course Zimtu is one shady pump house. Have I ever said anything positive about them? hdawgz1 and myself pointed out there was a massive sell by Zimtu even before the insider filings were performed. So what is your problem? I also remember allenjames defending Zimtu and Reimann when they traded during the insider trading blackout. I pointed it out but you said it is all legal.

nineply: Just my point you Trol things that are not illegal and when something comes along with real teeth you do not say anything. What you are doing is making noise and not really making a arguement again investing in a Zimtu company. You are a fraud. GOOD LUCK TO ALL INVESTORS.

Allenjames, has Zimtu, Hodge, or Reimann ever violated insider trading blackout periods? Yes or no?
