If you don't know what is happening June 25th you best do your due diligence like allenjames says to do.  I'll give ya a hint:  It has something to do with the private placement of 28.75 million 54 cent shares.  Another hint:  On June 25th the holding period ends for these shares and the people who hold them do not want them long term.

There is also a small matter of Zimtu still holding 6.4 millions Zinc8 shares.  Will Dave Hodge try and dump them prior to June 25th to maximize his profits for Zimtu prior to another 28.75 million shares becoming available for sale?

One little problem - there are basically no bidders and the highest bid out there right now is at 45 cents and falling and Zinc8 still has not been able to produce a working ZincAir battery.

Is it or is educated deductive reasoning based on past experience with similar companies backed by the likes of pump and dump specialists like Zimtu?  These folks who participated in the latest private placement are most likely a lot of the same folks who participated in pp #1 so they have already made their profit off of Zinc8 from the first PP.   This part is speculation on my

No I have not been wrong about Zinc8 at all.   Whether I am right or not about specific timelines for SP upticks or downticks is immaterial.  This company is a POS that is being exposed as such with each passing day.  I cannot stop the manipulators from putting in BS bids and I have no control nor influence on individual investors.  All I am doing is exposing the BS for
