Dr. simon fan has admitted in a zoom with zimtu pump call that nypa only reviewed paperwork handed out by zinc8 and not the actual battery.

Don't believe me - give Simon Fan a call at Zinc8 and ask him yourself and it will prove AJ is a liar.
