- illegal stock promotion
- giving investment advice
- spam, repetitive posting
- false advertisement
- insults
- threats of legal actions
- harassment
- offensive and defamatory staments
- spreading alleged insider knowledge
- undisclosed business relationship with parties that benefit from rising share prices
