There was 1 sale of shares that was a whopping 20,000 lot sale that for the grand total of $2600.00. I am not sure the seller will be able to live off that for the rest of his life ( not even sure that would buy a good tinfoil hat). The seller still holds 429,000 shares. and the sky is still up above us.

I guess if you want to ignore the 175811 shares sold off by Sorin Spinu the day before that is your prerogative.  I just find it odd that at the same time pumpers are telling people to load up and that good news should be coming soon you have insiders selling off.  My thoughts on the low volumes is so that it does not cause mass panic selling from outside investors.  Watch for more

You ignore the fact that that seller still has more than 1,000,000 shares left and even at .145 it will not allow him to retire either. Why do you not mention the exercising of rights which require the insiders to spend their own money to do so? DYDD and make up your own mind people on whether to buy or sell.  And anybody who plays in the stock market should realize one can lose as well as

I believe if you check the details of these rights exercises you will see that in order to get their "free" rights it comes with the clause that they also have to be the same amount of shares.  So in essence, even though these insiders appear to be buying shares the amount they are buying us half or less than what they are granted.  So in essence they are getting their shares
