The continued operations of the Company are dependent on its ability to generate future cash flow or obtain additional financing and there is no assurance of either being achieved. Management is considering its options to obtain external financing to meet the Company’s liabilities and commitments as they become due, although there is a risk that additional financing will not be available on a timely basis or on terms acceptable to the Company

These guys need a sale of their system ASAP!

A sale of what system?  They have never yet once demonstrated they even have a working system that they would be able to sell now or at any point in the future.  So far it has been nothing but smoke and mirrors.  Surrey House was hyped and promoted as the big reveal.  Never happened.
