Are investors finally waking up to Acreage potential? Headquartered in New York, newly legal adult marijuana for rec use State. One State at a time seems like such a silly way to legalize when the Feds could put together all of the good ideas and bills that they are writing and do something momentous as far as pot legalization for the US goes.
Doing something that smart would totally restore faith in politics and democracy in the US! Blanket legislation at the Federal level that would allow interstate transfer, banking and decriminalization just makes too much sense!
About $16 worth of Acreage fixed shares will get you a $40 share of Canopy when Canopy assumes the fixed shares of Acreage if things stay relevant.
I expect that a triggering event will launch Canopy shares forward to old highs or all new highs and tighten up the sharefloat considerably as US investors seek to be part of the Canopy dream. Not that some brave US investors aren't investing now!
