Should keep an eye on

Viridescent and Murphy as the CIO being the lenders.  By my calculation they are repeating this move and my take is that the last time it happened, the Murphy team took care of themselves handsomly.

At least they showed some future potential and being able to set up financing for the 150 or 250 million dollars, which is encouraging.

Long hill to climb for the first string of investors who took it in every orfice historically while some benefited well!

Some investment gurus are guesstimating that now is the time to pick up your US MSOs at firesale prices in anticipation of a US triggering event.

Acreage shareholders should get twice the value of their Acreage fixed shares when they get swapped for Canopy shares, at current shareprices and the floating shares should rise proportionally.

It's gonna be ugly for some junior potpreneur hopefuls that don't have financial backing and keep in mind that Constellation put $5 billion C on the line and see the future as being profitable for beverages that they didn't want to miss out on and my guess is that they will pump more dollars in if necessary.

Choose well and don't forget the deal inked between Canopy and Acreage.
