maybe the US needs to go after the Russian mob drug dealers and users with the same kind of penalties on US soil as they have levied in Russia.
I think that is one of the things holding back outright legalization in the US and more specifically the MORE act that releasing all of those wicked pot possession criminals out of US prisons is going to add to the devastation of the US economy because prison is a huge profitable business.
They can release all of the blacks and replace them with Russian prisoners!
