Advantex Announces Revocation of Failure-to-File Cease Trade Order

 

Toronto, June 25, 2021 – Advantex Marketing International Inc. (CSE: ADX) (“Advantex”), a

leader in the merchant cash advance and loyalty marketing products for merchants, announced

today that the Ontario Securities Commission (“OSC”) has issued an order dated June 24, 2021

revoking (the “Revocation Order”) the failure-to-file cease trade order issued against Advantex

on November 1, 2019 (the “FFCTO”) for failing to file certain outstanding continuous disclosure

documents in a timely manner. 

 

Advantex will be following up with the Canadian Securities Exchange to remove the suspension and  resume the trading of Advantex’s common shares, which resumption when effected will be confirmed in a follow up press release. Advantex also confirms that its business has not changed, remains active and that there are no changes to its current business plans.
