I was looking for the latest CSE filing on a number of companies, and found this one..  Posted 9 days ago and with no public announcement.   Not much to maximise here ...nor will this incentivise any investors from participating in the private placement.   Read and see

Thanks... but whar is it in the financial stmts you are referring to?  There is lots of information here.   As a junior they look lousy as all start ups usually do.  But perhaps the need for capital is the risk here, I can't figure out how much they will really need. thanks
