So Uncle NICKY has just announced the First Tranche Closing of THE Private Placement__BUT
it has been DONE @ 8 CENTS !!!!!!!
I Searched and SEARCHED__on SEDAR and CSE sites__NO WHERE could I FIND a News Release about a 8 CENT Private Placement Offering ?????????
All that there IS are the Release on June 24th__Announcing a Private Placement @ 20 CENTs
THEN on July 14th an Annoucement that the Private Placement HAD BEEN Repriced to 15 Cents
NO NEWS RELEASE for this 8 CENT Issuance !!!!!!! ??????
This SEEMS to BE Uncle Nickey SOME HOW getting even Lower than Signing Off on the 15 CENT
BRIDGEMARK Scandal a few years ago__ON WHICH the BC Securities Commission is
ACTIVELY Pursuing

A very small financing like that does nothing but pay office expenses etc. It says that it was bought by insiders who will probably pay themselves back salaries and the net result will be 2 million free shares for Nick and his crew. And they get to pay themselves a finders fee. Nick didn't just fall off the turnip truck.
