Just found the real estate listing for 34240 Page Road, Abbotsford, B C , where the strawberries are being grown on the property.  It had been listed for over a month now.

Yes.  The real estate listing is still active. You can view it at www.rew.ca/properties.  Just enter the address 34240 Page Rd, Abbotsford. There are 40 recent photos.  Sadly, there are rows of dead strawberry plants in the Affinor greenhouse.

I am curious about the aquisition of the greenhouse from Britespan and how it can be included in the sale of the farm. How does Affinor recover the cost of the greenshouse once the farm is sold? How much of the Affinor Britespan greenshouse infrastructure and heating  systems is actually paid for?  Can Britespan take their building back?  What a mess!  Will Nick take the cash

Update to my own post. In December 14, 2022, there was a new court filing in Abbotsford, BC.  Premium Electric Ltd., Abbotsford BC,  v Nick Brusatore.  That is in addition to the other court cases he is embroiled in.

Indeed__STILL on the Market MLS Listings. The MOST Interesting thing in the RECENT Photos__with the snow showing lack of REGULAR vehicle traffic at the house__it APPEARS that MAYBE the house has Already Been VACATED eh ????? AFI shares SUSPENDED from Trading__StrawBerries are DEAD__and Property Listed For Sale may be VACANT already NOT a GOOD COMBINATION for AFI shareholders eh !!!!!!
