Looks like the Court has Allowed the CLASS ACTION against BOTH Affinor Growers AND Nick
Brusatore to CONTINUE__Decision as of September 13, 2022.

This ACTION has to do with the BridgeMark Group CONSULTING FEE Scam.

In an Affidatif Nick claims to have been CONNED by BridgeMark Group when he AGREED
to do a Private Placement and then Give Consulting Agreements to Bridgemark for Almost
ALL the Private Placement proceeds.
