full enrollment maybe by now ?
Information Algernon provided:
September 28 100 enrolled
October 2 113 enrolled
Based on that;
Within 4 days they had 13 enrolled or 3.25 per day
October 2 to October 18 is 16 days @ 3.25 day which could mean they could have 56 more enrolled by today making a total of ( 113 + 56 ) = 169 enrolled. Based on this assumption they probably should have had full enrollment by now as they only required 150.

Based on their 3 news releases of the enrollment rate of their own numbers since September 22 they should have reached 100% enrollment by now. Shouldn't they be bringing out a news release ASAP ? Also, then the trial should be complete before the end of October . Then the results. Anyone else agree ....

Nearly there or there I imagine. But the trial won't be complete until sometime in November as the last patient won't have been dosed yet.

I thought that once a patient was enrolled the trial period of 2 weeks started, after that the time to analyse the data and finally report results. My suggestion was that they have enrolled 150 by now and the last enrollees are in the 2 week trial period now which means trial complete by end of October and results could come out in November some time. That's my guess....

Management will report 150th patient enrolled. They would not skip that news release. Hoping for tomorrow morning before open!

From what I can read of the US portion of the trial, there are outcome measurements, some of which take 28 or in one case 29 days. Certainly there are some outcome measurements at 2 weeks, but I think the trials last until at least mid-November.
