Warrants

Quick warrants question for anyone out there who might know. I purchased some AGN.WT.CN a few months back. But I know from 2 releases there were warrants at both .12 and then some at .55. My broker can't even tell me which ones I have. Are there two different tickers for each?

I only see one warrent issue, Being C.agn.wt Possible you made 2 buys one at 12 & other at .55 of the warents? I could be wrong, but that is all I could see. from thier web site & if you look at the tip of this stock house page. shows the various listings/symbols

The only warrants that are listed are the .12 cent ones. There are .55 cent warrants from the last financing, but they are unlisted.

These warrants have an expiry date of May 1, 2022 unless accelerated as noted below i.e. maintaining a price above 35 cents for 20 consecutive days. VANCOUVER, British ...more

What happen to the warrants? We have to sell before. Now price is above. I don't know that is why asking. I never bought before. I bought its cheap.

AGN can call the Warrants earlier than the expiry date, if the shares of the company trade at .35 cents or more for 20 consecutive trading days. They have already traded above .35 cents for 10 days, we have another 10 days to go, by my count. They don't have to call them, but why wouldn't they, if entitled to? Anyway, it all may be accademic, if an offer has been made for the company, or ...more
