Trading December 29

Yesterday's trading seems to support my statements as to where the price problem lies.

While the general atmosphere is anticipation of positive news - absolutely nothing happened to to chamge sentimeny yesterday, in a slow holiday period, and yet there was a $0.59 drop in share price, Why was that?

From a rational, economic standpoint, the price should reflect the risk/reward outlook but it seems to reflect whatever the day traders want it to be.

CSE/OTC is Silly Season 24/7/365. Investors are screwed without the Nasdaq uplist. Too much at stake in 2022 since the punishing consolidation of shares @ 1 for 100 reverse split. If the company gets deeper into 2022 and does another PP like all the prior PP's we can kiss our remaining @ss-ets goodbye. We have now been leveraged to the brink of disaster for all those holding pre-split shares ...more

Algernon's ability to raise capital for research is ...more

As CJM stated, it's a lack of knowledge that will continue holding the company back. When you look at comparisons like Bellus Health they have a one trick pony pipeline for Chronic Cough. You can't tell me the Nasdaq is not the reason for it being propelled to a billion dollar market cap going on twice now without professional analysts propelling it to such heights. Algernon is stuck with ...more

I appreciate your response as I learned a lot from it but there are two things I don't understand and maybe someone can help me. Some of firms that are active in this penny ante stuff call themselves investment advisors. But if you are an advisor, whether its investments or real estate or insurance, you're supposed to limit your advice to areas in which you're competent. Secondly, if ...more

I apologize. I for one am not a know-it-all. Can you further explain what you mean by advisors? Advisors doing what to whom? Just spell it out versus generalizations. If you can't name a specific company, make one up for example purposes. Advisor company is doing xyz to whom - the company...individual shareholder...all shareholders? In lieu of not having an understanding of exactly what you ...more
