AGN.c Private placement

AGN.c announced a non-brokered PP yesterday for gross proceeds of $1.4M. The proceeds from the PP will be used to fund research and development programs, general and administrative expenses and for working capital purposes.

AGN.c has been trending up since recent positive results from its phase 2 study of Ifenprodil for IPF and chronic cough. These funds from the PP will provide financial security for AGN and allow them to further accelerate R&D programs for both Ifenprodil and DMT
