My best guess is over the course of Moreau's management style the big winner in the entire equation is someone whom management (CEO, CSO, CFO) has had a blatant conflict of interest relationship with by working directly for such a person elsewhere who flipped shares and cut deals likely netting 10's of millions of dollars off the back of retail shareholders. AlphaNorth has now become the new 800lb Gorilla In The Room whom Moreau gladhandedly delivers the goods.
