RE:I also picked up shares I'm hesitant right now. That 4 month hold on the new shares issued has me wondering how long this is going to take. If they are in fact sent to the CI to cover a short position of an insider will we need to wait 4 months until they can cash them in. Anyone that can shed some light on that would be great. I also believe the news release on the issuance/ Form 9 may come the same day as the license.
