RE:AccumulationI'm pretty sure this is people who bought and sold using these institutions, not the actual bank. So a large number of people use RBC bankings stock trading. Hence why we see Questtrade on what not on there. Still a lot of shares moving around.

To me it looks like they are accumulating shares for someone, I don’t know for whom.
Anyway, I am just guessing, the Banks are not keeping an inventory of a 3 Cent stock.
