100,000 additional shares to be exact thinking she's going to run shortly sell order .15 let's go boys once HC license is confirmed we are running to .30

I'm hesitant right now. That 4 month hold on the new shares issued has me wondering how long this is going to take. If they are in fact sent to the CI to cover a short position of an insider will we need to wait 4 months until they can cash them in. Anyone that can shed some light on that would be great. I also believe the news release on the issuance/ Form 9 may come the same day as the ...more

Are you seriously thinking this theory is possible ? If the guys indeed short the stock from 0.20 down to 0.085, they don't need free shares to cover their position, they were able to cover by buying shares on the open market.  the strategy is plain simple, they want to ha e free tax benefit on a long position in Cayman Island. simply  imagine the insiders been issuing shares ...more
