Who is buying this stock?

Obviously we want this stock to go up, but who is buying? Why? Anyone reading this board, doing their due diligence and seeing the lawsuit would be crazy to buy. The consensus amongst my broker buddies is they are propping up the stock. The volume is low and it doesn't make sense that it hasn't crashed. We all know it's just a penny stock, but right now at over a buck doesn't justify why someone would buy. Why are they propping it up? I have some thoughts, let's hear what the board says.....

It's just a lawsuit. Plus if the judge accepts the Derivative Action it's even more positive.
