Bye Bye
What does it mean to enter 2023 with a "Working Capital Deficit of $18,938,447 and an 'Accumulated Deficit of $247,710,719 ?
Farmako, seeing what has has and is happening to Agra, has cut a deal with a Polish Company to buy 50 Tons of High-Grade Cannabis per year for four years and Farmako may have a very strong case to break any contractual agreements with Agra, based upon Agra potentially being soon declared bankrupt.
So what happened to the comments made by Farmako when Agra took over? Here is what Farmako said then:
"Reliable supply of premium cannabis flower from AgraFlora’s 2.2 million square foot Delta Facility, coupled with a fully integrated European supply chain, Farmako is positioned to emerge as a true contender to Aurora, Canopy and CC Pharma within the German operating theatre."
Now Agra is opting to sell its entire interest in the Delta Greenhouse and that my friends, means Agra will be going "BYE BYE" very soon - not to mention taking my $70K with them. Glad I got out when I did!
