I don't think PM needs PODA. They've found their own way around the closed end stick requiring no cleaning. They've launched IQOS Iluma Internationally. They will just modify their existing IQOS so it doesn't infringe on any other patents and will be back in the US. International markets have been increasing every quarter for them.
