Manufacturing Plant
I read the December 2021 progress report and there is no mention of building a manufacturing plant in China that will distribute 10 million pods per month.
This report along with the fact that Poda still had $ 14.5 million in its bank account at end of November 30th, signals that there has been a CHANGE IN PLAN with Poda.
With Ryan being extremely quiet with no updates, it further confirms that we are in a BLACKOUT PERIOD.
I know that Ryan wants to mass produce the pods, so if he is not going to do it through his own manufacturing plant, then which one is he going to use?
My bet is a deal with Philipp Morris is pending.
No point building a plant if Philipp Morris has plants all over the world, that are made available to Poda.
Phillipp Morris wants control of the market, so it is in their interests to do a deal with Poda and lock the competition out.
As Ryan stated, demand was not an issue. So if demand is out there and, we are not supplying it means that something else is up.
We should be getting news outs once negiations are done with.
My personal opinion

Any deal has to take into account the Armistice Capital Investment done at $ 2 per share. My guess, if a buyout, it has to be $ 2 and over, otherwise it will be refused. If a partnership, then it will look like at a $ 30 million investment into shares of Poda + profit sharing agreement. My personal opinon.
