I re-read the last press release very careful and this is what it says: Pursuant to the LOI, the Parties intend to enter into a cooperation agreement (the "Cooperation Project") based on both Parties intellectual property, branding, manufacturing facilities, and distribution channels to develop one or more products ("Cooperation Products") for commercialization.
Before further developing the Cooperation Project, the Parties intend to assess the relevance of their cooperation by implementing a trial period for blend development which could be used for the potential Cooperation Products (the "Blend Development Trial").

If you re-read the news my understanding of it is that Landeywck and Poda want to sign off on a COOPERATION AGREEMENT, whereby Landeywck provides manufacturing, distribution and regulatory compliance and, Poda provides their Intellectual property.
It looks like it is a done deal from the Letter of Intent.
What Landeywck and Poda did out of an abundance of prudence and protection for both parties was to put a blend trial period of working together and developing one product. It is to ensure that both parties are happy and both parties are on the same page.
From the press release it was also obvious that Landeywck wanted tobacco leaves and not tea leaves for the nicotine so change in strategy for Poda.
I think at normal trial period is 60 to 90 days. This means by end of April 2022 we should have our response and, a SIGNED DEAL with a billion $$$ company.
Once we start selling in large quantities it will be on a matter of time before BAT comes knocking on our doors, to compete head on with Philipp Morris.
My personal opinion,
