That day insiders for sure knew about the deal with announcement on 11th of March .

It must be a poor deal otherwise stock would have climbed massively !
Another suc.... deal of management, time frame totally delayed with that !!!

The deal with Eson fell apart in early November 2021 when Poda hired Christophe Tepr.   There was a change in strategy.   Poda was negotiating with BAT at that time and, BAT hooked them up with Landeywck. Deal with Landeywck is more lucrative hence manufacturing contruction for 10 million pods per month was cancelled in China.  The selloff you mention of on March 11th is

If the deal with ESON fell apart and there is bad blood between ESON and PODA, why is Daniel Chen still listed on the advisory board for PODA as a strategic advisor?  If he's no longer part of the PODA vision, surely they can update their website and remove him from there, wouldn't you think?

I think that they will be able to remove him now that the deal is done. They were on hostile terms, the last thing that was needed was to remove Daniel Chen before the reacquiring of the manufacturing equipment, patents and trade designs as this would drag in the courts for years and years.  It is obvious that Chen wanted to aggressively push this product but that Ryan refused. Ryan kept
