Landeywck / BAT possible BID for Poda......BIDDING WAR

MO and BAT have been at war for a long time over the heat and not burn market. 

Ryan used Eson as leverage to get Landeywck /BAT interested, which he then used to get MO to make a bid.

I would not count Landewyck / BAT out, as there could be a possible bidding war.

The device developped by Poda / Ryan is disruptive as whomever has the device will control the market.

Morningstar raising price to $ 1.05 per share may indicate that they have a heads up on this.

|Who is lying we are just being specutating, have to wonder why PODA got so involed with  diffrent companies!

They need to restructure the payout to retail a lot higher and make it so the money given back to shareholders is not taxable as a dividend.Most here are in to PODA shares above 40 cents so paying full tax on a 40 cent dividend and having a stock maybe trade a nickle after taht kinda not workable.......There has to be a better way to get the 40 cent payout to shareholders structured differently...
