Doubt it happens synectix.If everyone who said they were going to file a compalint did they must have had enough to look at it.....Since not a word from the two Ryans my guess regulators are fine with it..Only thing I could see getting in way is retail launch a CA suit against mgt for stealing the patents and askfor a more worthwhile amount staying with company or reimbursement of all monies spent

I keep seeing this idea that the patents were stolen. How are people so certain about this? All the news releases say is that some patents were transferred to the inventors and that they also had new patents that poda acquired a license to at the same time. How do we know it's not the new patents the inventors had that hold most of the value? There's no mention of what specific patents

He will be trying to sell his 45 million reasons why him and the two Ryans are getting filtyh rich and most PODA shareholders get the bag.......Deal while great to see a junior get a offer of over 100 million from a major player leaves a sour taste for most retail....I doubt unless they feel the votes are not going through will try and give retail more than the 40 cent offered.They are greedy SOB&
